Ezekiel “Zeke” Dumke IV is the founder and managing partner of Dumke Law, LLP. He is admitted to practice before all California state Courts the Northern District of California Federal Court, all Utah state and Federal Courts, the State of Texas as well as the Federal Circuit. Zeke focuses his practice on intellectual property, advising, litigation, and business consulting. He has established relationships ranging from Fortune 500 companies to sole proprietors, advising on business and IP matters.
Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, Zeke attended Westminster College for his Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics. He received his M.B.A. in International Business from Bond University Business School in Queensland, Australia; Certificate of Chinese Intellectual Property in Beijing, China, and J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
He currently resides in Austin, Texas.
Jacob R. Adams Partner

Jacob Adams is a partner of Dumke Law, LLP. Jacob’s has centered his practice on Intellectual Property litigation, including trademark enforcement and protection for some of the largest trademark holders in the US. Jacob has significant experience in all aspects of Intellectual Property litigation from high value patent infringement actions to large scale trademark enforcement. He has also extended his practice to trademark registration and clearance with a view to registering the strongest of marks.
Given his international education and experience, including studies from Australia and Norway, Jacob maintains a well versed international practice of international intellectual property, trade, contracts, and arbitration. He has recently completed an engagement lecturing at the University of Tromso (Norway) where he pursues a Phd. in trademark law.
Jacob holds two post-graduate degrees in law, and is admitted to practice before all New York State Courts, the Federal Court for the Southern District of New York, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia.
